The PTO would like to thank everyone who has been able to donate to our Annual Giving Campaign so far this school year. We are now over 80% of the way to our goal. While we had originally planned to give a Hot Cocoa Party to the class with the highest percentage of families donating (Kristen Riley's 2nd Grade class at 57%!!!), the outpouring of support was so great that, in the Spirit of Giving, the PTO will be providing Hot Cocoa to ALL students at Miller! Thank you to all of our amazing Miller Families. We wish you the happiest of Holiday Seasons!

We have an exciting line up of guest speakers, including Mara Richardson and members of the Miller Green Team, 1st Grade Teacher Andrea Morgan, on the power of story and FAN Advocate Neda Wilson on how the Family Access Network supports families and how families can support FAN. Join us at Miller Elementary on Tuesday, December 5th at 6:00 pm for an educational evening at which Rhea from Raising Rooted Kids addresses the topic of "Big Feelings". We will gather on the topic of dysregulation to learn ways to be an anchor for our kids and have a plan for when we're not.

Join Becky & Matt Schechtman for a snowshoe adventure during the Geminids Meteor Shower Peak! Meeting at the Virginia Meissner Sno-Park at 6:30 pm. The hosts will provide hot cocoa, adult beverages and snacks. CLICK HERE for more information!
